A message from the factory
Hello Eastern Seaway and Rosborough boaters,
First and foremost , I hope you and your families are all safe and healthy. We have been getting a lot of questions regarding the COVID-19 virus and we understand how uncertain these times feel. We have been paying close attention to the advice of public health officials and we here at Eastern Boats are following their direction to protect the safety and health of every customer as well as our employee’s.
As of right now, our plan is stay open. We, like a lot of you, are hoping this will pass soon and we can get back to what we love to do, and that is get out on the water and enjoy our passion for boats. We have continued to build boats at a rapid pace anticipating the nicer weather that is coming and getting ready to be on the water as soon as we can. Some of us here have already enjoyed the peace and comfort of isolation out on the water by launching our boats and just taking some time with the family. In times of uncertainty we must look for the bright spots, except the challenge of adversity and look for the seed of opportunity that often comes from such situations. In the past when faced by adversity Eastern Boats has always come out the other end with a greater appreciation for what we have, to us that is family and the time we share together. Most of the fellow boaters that we have spoken to are using this time to be cautious but also plan for the other side of this. What better way to do this then go boating or build that boat you always wanted.
Should you find yourself sitting around stuck in your house remember there is a whole world of boating just waiting for you and your family. There are no restrictions or confinements out on the water in your own boat. Normally, and when this passes, we would invite you and your families to join us here at our factory for a tour. In the meantime we want you to know that we are here and we would like to invite all of you to join us in live video walk throughs of our factory so you can see how we build boats. These walk throughs do not require installation of any apps. They are very easy to do we just send you a link and in a few clicks, you are here at the factory. We are optimistic that you will be on the water soon and we want to be there for you when you are ready to launch.
The Eastern Boats traditions are strong and carrying on. What better way to take your mind off things then go boating with us.
