Jason has been a crew member since 1998. He started as a rigger and over the years has taken on different roles and leadership positions. His extensive knowledge of both the build process and the ride of our boats continues to be an asset to our crew and customers alike.
In his time away from the shops Jason spends time outside with his friends and family snowmobiling, boating, and the trails on their ATVs
Cheryl Randall
Office Manager
An essential member of our team since 2011, Cheryl oversees all of our office and accounting business. Her passion for success shows in all that she does.
When not answering the phone or keeping the team organized Cheryl enjoys time with her grandchildren and time outside with her husband and their dog Spice. She also has a passion for antique cars.
Thanks to my mom’s love of the water and my dad’s passion for boats and motors, I have been in, on or under the water since I was knee high to a ripple.
I was extremely blessed to spend most of my summers on Mascoma lake, fishing sailing and waterskiing. I have watched my kids develop a love for the lake and this year will be watching my grandchildren start their relationship with the water.
When I was in college, I rowed crew for 4 years 2 years on the Charles River, in Boston and two on the Oyster River, In Durham NH. Besides the tremendous work out and competition a big part of the attraction was just ‘being on the water’. While at UNH working on a degree in Environmental Science I started to spend more time on the saltwater and expanded my interest into striper fishing and aquaculture ( raising oysters).
I had such a good experience at UNH that I went back to get my Master's Degree in Business Administration and spent some time teaching Financial Accounting at the University. From there I spent 25 plus years in the natural gas and electric industry selling kilowatts and BTU’s, but continued to keep at least one foot in a boat or in a stream, fly fishing. When Greg mentioned the opportunity join the team and sell boats for Eastern, I did not hesitate to requested permission to ‘come aboard’. I look forward to speaking with you and helping you build the boat of your dreams.
